Spa moving to downtown Fredericksburg
A local spa whose services include deep-tissue massages, facials and private yoga lessons is moving to downtown Fredericksburg next week.
Skin+Touch Therapy has leased 400 square feet for the spa at 802-A Princess Anne St., a space formerly occupied by a wedding photographer. The spa is next to Jane Guerin’s floral design business. A Jan. 3 opening is planned.
Brian Lam has been running Skin+Touch Therapy for the past couple of years from a space at 3219 Fall Hill Ave. that is also home to the Virginia Outdoor Center and Friends of the Rappahannock.
Lam said he decided to move the spa to a renovated space downtown to give it more visibility and to be part of the central business district.
