Family starts real estate brokerage firm in Stafford
The Gillies Team
A husband-and-wife team and their son have formed a new real estate brokerage firm in North Stafford.
Mike and Cindy Gillies and their son, Michael, recently started Re/Max Legacy in a leased office at 85 Mine Road near the Garrisonville Road intersection.
The Gillies Team operated for several years as part of Coldwell Banker Elite’s North Stafford office. Cindy Gillies will head the new firm.
Michael Gillies said Re/Max approached his family about the opportunity to start a new firm. His family plans to hire about 10-15 agents for the new venture. He think the region’s low inventory of available homes and healthy job market bodes well for area housing going forward.
