Rosner Auto renovation to start soon in Spotsylvania

Here is an artist rendering of what Rosner Auto Group’s new Spotsylvania County dealership will look like.

Rosner Auto Group plans to start work in January on an extensive renovation at its Toyota and Scion dealership on U.S. 1 in Spotsylvania County near the Fredericksburg line.

The facility, which was built in 1985, will be thoroughly modernized from top to bottom, said Rosner President Clay Huber. An existing building will be demolished, and a large customer waiting area and other features will be added.

Wack General Contractor was recently awarded the contract for the roughly $4.5 million project, Huber said. The project, which is now in the permitting process, is expected to take about seven months.

Several other auto dealerships along that “Motor Mile” have also been renovated of late. Radley Cadillac is currently undergoing a renovation.
