Dollar General planning stand-alone store in Stafford
Dollar General submitted plans last week to build a stand-alone store near the Woodlawn neighborhood in the southern portion of Stafford County.
Plans call for a 9,200-square-foot building on the south side of Deacon Road and east side of the intersection with Cleremont Drive.
Dollar General already has a nearby store at 282 Deacon Road. Like other retailers, Dollar General has been replacing stores that are part of multi-tenant retail buildings with more visible stand-alone locations.
