Spotsylvania Towne Centre sign getting new look

The large sign outside the Spotsylvania Towne Centre is getting a new look. Crews are in the process of installing panels on the well-known sign at the mall’s main entrance off State Route 3. The sign now has more panels, allowing additional businesses to be promoted. There is a greater emphasis on the businesses in the open-air Village section at the rear of the mall. Here is what the sign looked like as of 11 a.m. Thursday. A digital video screen is also being installed.
