Here are some odds and ends from the world of Fredericksburg-area business of late:

• Hilldrup Moving & Storage recently promoted Joe Coffman to senior vice president of branch operations. He is now part of the senior management team headquartered at the firm’s Stafford County corporate office.
• According to a news release from Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which helped broker the deals, QRC Technologies has leased 3,751 square feet of office space in The Washington Building at 100 Riverside Parkway in Stafford County, and Fox Speech Therapy has leased 3,346 square feet of office space in The Park at Snowden at 321 Park Hill Drive in Fredericksburg. QRC also has an office in Fredericksburg’s Central Park.
