Local doctor moving to new space
Dr. Andrew Reno is moving his Spine & Injury Center a short distance down State Route 3 in Spotsylvania County to a 2,925-square-foot office suite that recently changed hands.
Reno will move the business from the current location at 3940 Plank Road to 4500 Plank Road sometime around Thanksgiving. He said the business will expand and add new services.
Neibauer Roswalt Holdings LLC recently purchased the condo suite that will be Reno’s new home from property developer David Horstick’s 4500 Plank Road LLC.
Wilson Greenlaw Jr. of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented the seller, and Ben Keddie of Virginia Properties Inc. represented the buyer. The sales price was $700,000.
