Recent Fredericksburg-area leases
The following businesses recently signed leases to open in the Fredericksburg area, according to a news release from Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which was involved in negotiating the deals. The Thalhimer rep who worked on each deal is in parentheses.
- Yobi Corporation has leased 5,615 square feet of industrial space in Deep Run at 11901 Bowman Drive in Spotsylvania County. They will operate a digital document storage company doing business as ArchiveIt. (Wilson Greenlaw Jr. and Sharon Schmidt)
- The Spine Care Center has leased 3,000 square feet of office space in The Park at Snowden at 301 Park Hill Drive in Fredericksburg. (Wilson Greenlaw Jr.)
- Children’s Services of Virginia has leased 1,618 square feet of office space in Commonwealth Offices at 150 Olde Greenwich Drive in Spotsylvania. (Mike Degen and Sharon Schmidt)
