Charles Street office building now fully leased
An office building at 804 Charles St. in downtown Fredericksburg is now fully leased.
Meredith Fox relocated her therapy practice to the Charles Street building from 910 Princess Anne St., which the Parrish, Houck & Snead law firm is renovating into its new home. Fox is leasing an office suite on the lower level.
Lawyers Title and local attorneys Tom Savage, Stuart Sullivan and Carolyn Seklii also have their offices in the Charles Street building, which is owned by local attorney John Nere.
