Rosner Auto Group files plan to renovate dealership
Rosner Auto Group recently submitted plans with Spotsylvania County officials for an extensive renovation at its Toyota and Scion dealership on U.S. 1 near the Fredericksburg line.
Rosner’s renovation plan includes the demolition of an existing building, the expansion of the main building and the construction of a car wash to be used by the dealership only, according to county records. Work is expected to start this fall.
