Spotsylvania car wash property heading to auction
A car wash facility off State Route 3 in Spotsylvania County will be auctioned at 1 p.m. Aug. 20.
Tranzon will auction off the 3,000-square-foot building and 1-acre lot at 5100 Plank Road. The auction will be held on site.
The property is assessed at $1.23 million, according to Spotsylvania property records.
