Amelia Square on City Council agenda Aug. 14
Signs at Amelia Square show which lots have been sold.
Final plans for the Amelia Square high-end townhouse community in downtown Fredericksburg will be in front of City Council on Aug. 14.
The Silver Cos., which is developing the 20-home complex between Amelia and William streets, hopes to start site construction shortly after receiving City Council approval.
Signs have now been placed along the Winchester Street side showing which home lots at Amelia Square have been sold, and which are available. Construction on the first four units, all of which have been sold, will begin in conjunction with the site work.
