Two area real estate firms merging

One of the Fredericksburg area’s largest residential real estate brokerage firms is getting even bigger.

Spotsylvania County-based Century 21 AdVenture on Tuesday announced that it is merging with Century 21 Realty I, which is based near Lake of the Woods in Orange County.

The Century 21 Realty I office will become part of Century 21 AdVenture, and its 20 agents will join the combined firm. Century 21 AdVenture will now have almost 100 agents.
