Former Reddy Ice facility in Fredericksburg to be auctioned off
A former Reddy Ice plant in downtown Fredericksburg will be auctioned Aug. 1.
Higgenbotham Auctioneers International is handling the auction for the roughly 5,250-square-foot facility at 1901 Princess Anne St.
The absolute auction will start at 4 p.m. Aug. 1, with a preview of the property offered an hour beforehand.
The property is assessed at $592,400, almost all of which is from the value of the roughly 0.65-acre lot, according to city property records.
