Local veterinary practice to open second area location
Dr. Steve McAuliff will open a second Fredericksburg-area location for his St. Francis Animal Hospital veterinary practice.
An LLC affiliated with the practice recently purchased a roughly 2,700-square-foot office condominium at 556 Garrisonville Road in North Stafford for $615,000, according to a news release from Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer. St. Francis Animal Hospital will open there in about two months, said Thalhimer broker Berkley Mitchell, who represented McAuliff on the purchase.
McAuliff founded St. Francis in 1994, and in 2002 opened the practice’s current location at 4624 Harrison Road at the intersection of U.S. 1 in Spotsylvania County.
