Second Koko FitClub opening in Spotsylvania
A Spotsylvania County couple are opening a second area Koko FitClub location.
Joe and Kellie Amberger recently signed a lease for 2,500 square feet at 10040 Jefferson Davis Highway in Spotsylvania’s Cosner’s Corner shopping center, said Donny Self, who handled the deal for Silver Commercial Brokerage. The business is expected to open by October.
The Ambergers’ other area Koko FitClub is in a strip shopping center at Harrison Crossing off State Route 3 in Spotsylvania. The Cosner’s Corner location will be in a multi-tenant building with Pancho Villa Express and a dry-cleaning business.
Based out of the Boston area, Koko Fit has equipment designed to create personalized workouts that can be completed in 30 minutes or less.
