Recent area leases

Here are four recent leases signed in the Fredericksburg area, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer. The Thalhimer broker who worked on each deal is in parentheses.

Meadow Burke LLC has leased 13,200 square feet of office/warehouse space in Longwood Business Center at 11001 Houser Drive in Spotsylvania. (Virgil Nelson)
