Coffee shop opening in Spotsylvania

A new coffee shop called Carme Espresso is coming to the Hilltop Plaza shopping center at 10418 Courthouse Road in Spotsylvania County.

Proprietors Roger & Rebecca Triana leased 1,500 square feet for the new business, according to Brian Cunningham, principal broker of Vakos Real Estate, which handled the deal.
