REC to lease former ILM Corp. building in Spotsylvania
Rappahannock Electric Cooperative will lease the 6,000-square-foot former home of ILM Corp. at 216 Industrial Court in Spotsylvania County.
REC’s headquarters is almost directly across the street from ILM’s former home. The cooperative will move some of its growing employee base to the building.
ILM recently moved to its new home at 600 Lafayette Blvd. near the Cobblestone Square apartments in downtown Fredericksburg.
