Three Fredericksburg-area businesses make top-50 list
Three businesses based in the Fredericksburg area have made the Virginia Chamber of Commerce’s list of 50 fast-growing companies in the state.
The Bowen Group, Cortek Inc. and Harkcon Inc. were each recognized at a Chamber awards banquet last week in Chantilly.
To be eligible, a company must be privately held with headquarters in Virginia, show sales between $200,000 and $100 million, and demonstrate positive revenue growth and positive net income in its most recent fiscal year over the previous year. Companies are judged on four-year sales revenue histories.
