Cardinal Bank names Fredericksburg executive

Karen Barrons has joined Cardinal Bank as an assistant vice president and manager of the branch on U.S. 1 in Fredericksburg. Barrons, who lives in Stafford County, was most recently a branch manager for Wells Fargo Bank.
