Rappahannock Goodwill starts local micro-loan program

Rappahannock Goodwill Industries has partnered with Arlington-based ECDC Enterprise Development Group to establish a local micro-loan program.

The loans will range from $500 to $50,000 and last up to four years. They will aim to provide financing for people who don’t have access to other types of loans. The program is designed to help low- to moderate-income people with disabilities and other barriers to employment get loans and business training.

A loan manager will be at Rappahannock Goodwill’s Fredericksburg Job Help Center on Princess Anne Street the first and third Thursday of each month. People interested in making an appointment can call 540/371-3070.
