Two more tenants have signed on at the King George Gateway shopping center in the Dahlgren area off U.S. 301, said Dimitri Georgelakos of KLNB Retail, who is handling leasing there. Virginia ABC and GameStop locations will go into multi-tenant buildings now being constructed. Among the other tenants going into those two new buildings, which total 13,600 square feet, are Five Guys, Verizon Wireless and Hair Cuttery. The buildings are expected to be ready this spring. AutoZone and Walmart stores have already opened at the center, and the University of Mary Washington is wrapping up construction on its graduate campus there.
