Local man buys Spotsylvania facility

Jeff Morin

Jeff Morin’s For Anything company of custom-designed coins, awards, shirts and more has closed on a roughly 8,000-square-foot property at 100 Industrial Drive in the Four-Mile Fork area of Spotsylvania County. An LLC affiliated with the Stafford County man’s company paid $775,000 for the property, which was the former home of Warren Flynn Construction. We wrote earlier this year about Morin’s various business ventures, the largest of which is Coins For Anything. Morin has been running his growing businesses out of an increasingly cramped office at 556 Garrisonville Road in North Stafford. He used a small-business loan through Virginia Commerce Bank and the Rappahannock Economic Development Corp. to buy the property. Morin hopes to move the business there around Jan. 1. Virgil Nelson of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale.
