Haven apartment complex in Fredericksburg up for sale
The 232-unit Haven at Celebrate Virginia apartment development in Fredericksburg was listed for sale this week through Apartment Realty Advisors’ Mid-Atlantic division. Complex owner Johnson Development Associates, which plans several more Haven developments in the area, put it up for sale due to the level of demand from potential investors. The Fredericksburg area’s newest apartment development, the Haven is already 95 percent leased despite just recently being completed.
