Recent area leases

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reports helping broker the following area leases of late. The Thalhimer agent who worked on the lease is in parentheses next to the transaction.

Time to Ride Motorcycle Sales & Service has leased 5,216 sq.ft. of industrial space at 2111 Airport Ave. in Spotsylvania. (Wilson Greenlaw and Mary Katherine Greenlaw)  

Artful Dimensions has leased 4,500 sq.ft. of retail space at 911 Charles Street in Fredericksburg. (Sharon Schmidt and Mike Degen)

WaWa has renewed its lease of 1,500 sq.ft. of industrial space in Fred II Warehouses at 4919 Trade Center in Spotsylvania. (Virgil Nelson and Mike Degen)

Anytime Flowers has leased 1,500 sq.ft. of retail space in the Cosner’s Corner Panera Building at 10057 Jefferson Davis Hwy. in Spotsylvania. (Shawn Carrington and Berkley Mitchell). J.R. Burdette with Silver Commercial Brokerage represented the tenant in this transaction, Thalhimer the landlord.

In addition, Textron Marine & Land Systems has opened its 2,500-square-foot office at the Oak Hill Business Center at 3619 Jefferson Davis Highway in North Stafford. Stafford resident Mike Micucci, a retired Marine Corps colonel, is managing the office, which could expand in the future. The office will work with the Marine Corps at Quantico.
