Walmart leases spaces in Bowman Center

Walmart recently leased 45,000 square feet of industrial space at 11900 Main St. in Spotsylvania County’s Bowman Center. The retail giant is using the space to store items from its Garrisonville Road store in North Stafford while it renovates that into a Supercenter, said Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer agent Virgil Nelson. The lease runs for seven months. Nelson said he’s inked other short-term deals with Walmart in the area while it’s renovated different locations.

Thalhimer also announced the following additional leases today. The agent/s next to each one handled the deal.

ESCAL Institute of Advanced Technologies Inc. has leased 5,544 sq.ft. of office space at 5705 Salem Run Blvd. in Spotsylvania. (Mike Degen)

Fredericksburg Judo Club has leased 3,750 sq.ft. of retail space in Eagle Village at 1245 Jefferson Davis Hwy. in Fredericksburg (in the former Blockbuster Video store). (Loretta  Cataldi and Shawn Carrington) 

Infinity Computers has renewed its lease of 1,750 sq.ft. of office space in Thompson Office Park at 4820 Southpoint Drive in Spotsylvania.  (Virgil Nelson)
