Fredericksburg-area retail report for Q1

The first three months of 2011 were the most active for sales of retail properties since before the recession in the Fredericksburg area, according to a recently published report by commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer. Leasing was up steadily and vacancy was trending down. Click here for the report.
