Castiglia’s renovation project to top six figures

Castiglia’s Italian Restaurant is investing about $135,000 in the renovation of its William Street restaurant, according to the applications the business made with the city for incentives and grant funding. The project, which will add a wood-burning brick oven for Neapolitan pizza as we wrote about yesterday, is projected to increase the restaurant’s annual gross revenue by up to $150,000 and lead to about seven new jobs.
