ManTech completes purchase of MTCSC

ManTech International Corp. announced today that it completed its planned acquisition of MTCSC Inc. on Wednesday for $75 million cash. Click here for the news release and here for more on this deal. MTCSC employs more than 200 people in Stafford County, mostly at its roughly 60,000 square feet of office space at the Quantico Corporate Center off U.S. 1 in North Stafford. The company has several contracts with the U.S. Marine Corps.
