Coffey Excavation near Warrenton declares bankruptcy
Coffey Excavation Inc. at 8685 Family Lane in Fauquier County declared Chapter 7 bankruptcy last week, according to a check of the filings in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Assets are estimated at $8,350 and liabilities at $948,831. Creditors include BB&T, the Fauquier Treasurer’s Office, Sands Anderson PC, Quarles Fuel Network, Dominion Virginia Power, Dickerson Stump LLC and Fauquier Urgent Care.
