New childcare business at Stafford’s Aquia Town Center among recent leases

A new childcare business at Stafford County’s Aquia Town Center is among the leases Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield Alliance recently helped broker in the Fredericksburg area. Here they are:

The Learning Experience has leased 11,000 sq.ft. of retail space at The Town Center at Aquia in Stafford.

Free State Steel Inc. has renewed its lease of 19,720 sq.ft. of industrial space at 11900 Main Street in Spotsylvania.

Golden Gamerooms has leased 14,804 sq.ft. of industrial space at 11900 Main Street in Spotsylvania.

Tuesday Morning has leased 8,450 sq.ft. of retail space in The Market at Shelton Shop at 901 Garrisonville Rd. in Stafford.

D.C. Discount Furniture has leased 6,500 sq.ft. of retail space in The A&N Building at 3801 Plank Road in Spotsylvania. 

CBAIA Logistics Services Inc. has leased 3,530 sq.ft. of office space in Eagle Village at 1245 Jefferson Davis Hwy. in Fredericksburg. 

Anchor Planning Group, Inc. has leased 1,329 sq.ft. of office space in Millrace North at 725 Jackson St. Fredericksburg.
