What will happen to the 300+ commercial leases if the governor “sells off” the ABC stores? What about the 2,000+ employeesho will be unemployed? Will existing retailers hire them or just use existing minimum wages workers to stock and sell alcohol? What losses will landlords have when solid rental payments are gone? No state funds pay for any of the ABC expenses since it is an enterprise department and puts net $227 million into the general fund just this last year. I am worried about empty shops and lost jobs!
