Recent area leases

Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield Alliance reports the following leases being signed in the Fredericksburg area of late:

LW Transportation has land-leased 12,960 sq.ft. of industrial land at 11801 Main Street in Spotsylvania.

Jones & Frank has leased 6,000 sq.ft. of office/warehouse space at 1319 Lafayette Blvd. in Fredericksburg.

Directive 63 Inc. has leased 5,000 sq.ft. of office space at 112 Juliad Court in Stafford County.

The Worx Garage has leased 5,000 sq.ft. of industrial space at 507 Lendall Lane in Stafford.

Employment Resources Inc. has renewed its lease of 4,879 sq.ft. of office space at 500 Lafayette Blvd. in Fredericksburg.  

A Wireless, an authorized Verizon Wireless retailer, has leased 2,388 sq.ft. of retail space in Gateway Market Center at the intersection of Route 33 and Route 29 in Ruckersville.

High Angle Associates has leased 1,500 sq.ft. of industrial space in Fred II Warehouses at 4914 Commerce Drive in Spotsylvania.

Trustees of The Bridge Worship Center has leased 1,200 sq.ft. of office space at 4510 Plank Road in Spotsylvania.  

Beauty and the Barber Shop has leased 1,170 sq.ft. of retail space in Lee’s Hill Retail Center at 10657 Spotsylvania Ave. in Spotsylvania.
