GM assembly plant in Delaware to be sold

General Motors is expected to sell a former assembly plant in Delaware to Fisker Automotive, which makes plug-in electric hybrid vehicles, for $20 million, The Wall Street Journal reports today.  The report is interesting in the context of what GM will decide to do with the Powertrain plant in Spotsylvania County after it closes this year.
