Haven at Celebrate Virginia plans July groundbreaking
The Haven at Celebrate Virginia plans a July groundbreaking for its 232-unit apartment complex in Fredericksburg. The project received approval last week from City Council. The Haven should open for business by March 1, 2011, and be finalized by late next summer, said Ben Graves, president of the multi-family division of project developer Johnson Development Associates Inc.
