Kalahari Resorts’ Fiscal Impact Statement

The Fredericksburg Economic Development Authority will hold a public hearing April 12 to consider issuing up to $35 million in tax-exempt financing for Kalahari Resorts’ $260 million planned waterpark resort in Celebrate Virginia South.
