In addition to news of the hhgregg lease, Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield Alliance sent us word this afternoon about the following leases being recently signed in the Fredericksburg area:

EOIR Technologies Inc. has leased 12,400 sq.ft. of office space at 4701 Carr Drive in Fredericksburg.

E & T Fabrication & Welding Inc. has leased 5,000 sq.ft. of office/warehouse space at 507 Lendall Lane in Fredericksburg.

Cellular Sales, a Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer, has leased 3,200 sq.ft. of retail space at 267 Garrisonville Rd in Stafford

India Queen has leased 3,121 sq.ft. of restaurant space at 1966 William Street in Fredericksburg.

Atlanta Cattle Exchange has leased 2,250 sq.ft. of office/warehouse space at 700-702 Business Park in Fredericksburg.

Civil War Life Inc. has leased 2,180 sq.ft. of retail space at 829 Caroline St in Fredericksburg.

Tokyo Restaurant has leased 1,200 sq.ft. of retail space at Lake of the Woods, 36099 Goodwill Drive in Orange.

Sweet Surprises LLC has leased 750 sq.ft. of retail space at 10651 Spotsylvania Ave. in Fredericksburg.
