Virginia tops for business again

Forbes magazine has named Virginia as the best state for business for the fourth-consecutive year. Forbes posted the annual rankings on its Web site last night. In a statement, Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine called it "an incredible affirmation that Virginia has what it takes to compete at the national and global arenas."
