Details on ‘Cash for Clunkers’ finalized

The federal government today issued the final details of the "Cash for Clunkers" program, which allows people to get up to $4,500 toward the purchase or long-term lease of a new vehicle when they trade in an older, fuel-inefficient model. Fredericksburg-area dealers are rolling out the program this weekend.
