SUDEEP REDDY’S interesting article in Tuesday’s Wall Street Journal starts out with this summation of the Obama administration’s strategy on improving Americans’ personal financial decisions.
"Put laziness to work," Reddy writes.
It’s well-known that many Americans have made a lot of poor financial decisions of late. Millions of people got in over their heads in both credit card and mortgage debt. Savings rates turned negative before reversing during the recent recession.
