Seminar for first-time home buyers
Thomas J. Murphy, a certified mortgage planner based in Spotsylvania County, is giving a "final education seminar" for first-time home buyers tonight at the Salem Church Library. It starts at 7 p.m. and is free. The seminar is presented by the National Institute of Financial Education.
