Building permits continue to fall
The number of residential building permits being filed in the area continues to drop, as the below data from the Fredericksburg Area Builders Association show. The data show the number of permits that were filed for single-family detached homes in the entire six-locality area (Fredericksburg, Caroline, King George, Orange, Spotsylvania, Stafford).
