More on housing market

Earlier this week I posted two reports on the local housing market that were prepared by Rosemary deButts, a senior consultant for Fairfax-based Fulton Research and Consulting. Those reports showed data for Fredericksburg, Stafford and Spotsylvania.

Below are links to Rosemary’s most recent reports for Prince William, Loudoun and Fairfax counties. The trends are the same — rising sales and lower prices. I am including these reports here so you can compare the health of the Fredericksburg housing market to that of farther up in Northern Virginia.
