Sale at King George Industrial Park

We’ll likely have an article in the FLS Business section in the next couple of days about a land sale at the King George County Industrial Park. The park is serviced by a CSX rail line, which is attractive to many industrial users. Here is a PowerPoint presentation on that potential. CSX gave this presentation to the King George Board of Supervisors and Economic Development Authority earlier this year.
