Wunderlich Securities to Acquire Anderson & Strudwick

Wunderlich Securities Inc., a full-service Memphis-based investment firm, is buying Anderson & Strudwick, a brokerage and investment banking firm based in Richmond with an office in Fredericksburg. Don Newlin, chairman of Anderson and a stockbroker in the Fredericksburg office, said nothing will change locally. The branch’s five employees will remain, and there will be no changes for clients.
