Ben Bernanke’s challenges

Author and columnist Roger Lowenstein has a very interesting article about Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke in this weekend’s New York Times. It shows how Bernanke’s approach to the Fed chairman job differs from that of predecessor Alan Greenspan. It also details Bernanke’s education, and how he has authored several papers on economic situations similar to the ones facing the U.S. currently. All and all, a much more educated response to Bernanke’s difficult job than CNBC star Jim Cramer’s chant of "They know nothing!" Read the article here.
