Battling Baristas

On Saturday, April 28, 2012, coffee artists from Washington, D.C. to Charlottesville, Va. gathered at 25 30 Espresso in downtown Fredericksburg for a latte art throw down. Baristas faced off, while creating elaborate art in the froth that tops a cup of latte, or espresso mixed with steamed milk. (photos by Tom Rothenberg for The Free Lance-Star)
