Local artist, Bill Harris, repaints the mural on the Access Eye Center building on Route 1 near the Falmouth intersection in Fredericksburg, VA on Tuesday, August 16, 2011. He painted the original mural in 2000 and it needed to be touched up after many years of exposure to the weather. (Suzanne Carr Ross / The Free Lance-Star)
