Turtle’s eye view
A painted turtle makes its way across the upper parking lot at Motts Run on Thursday, June 2, 2011 in Fredericksburg. On Saturday, June 4, Motts Run will be holding its annual Kids’ Fishing Derby. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. and is open for all ages from 4 to 16. Competition begins at 9 a.m. and ends at noon. For more information call Fredericksburg Parks and Recreation at 540-372-1086.
