Tea & Manners Washington’s Way

Visitors gathered at the George Washington National Monument to celebrate the 297th birthday of the nation’s first president on February 21, 2011 in Westmoreland County. The events of the day were co-sponsored by the National Park Service and the George Washington Birthplace Association.
